- Call for fee information; fees for special areas such as golf courses and for use of buoys, canoe racks, picnic shelters, wedding sites, professional filming and photography, off-leash dog parks, instructional programs, etc. - Special rates to Minneapolis residents 62 years or older for Annual Patron Parking Permit - Qualified Minneapolis residents who cannot afford instruction fees because of their economic need may be permitted instruction at no charge.
