Child and Teen Checkups - Wilkin County Public Health Nursing Service

Child and Teen Checkups are regular well-child visits that help monitor growth, development, and overall health. These visits include:

• Complete physical exam

• Developmental assessment

-Health education and counseling

• Hearing and vision screening

• Immunizations

• Laboratory tests (lead, blood, urine as needed)

• Nutrition assessment
