Child and Teen Checkups are regular well-child visits that help monitor growth, development, and overall health. These visits include: - Complete physical exam - Developmental assessment -Health education and counseling - Hearing and vision screening - Immunizations - Laboratory tests (lead, blood, urine as needed) - Nutrition assessment Wilkin County offers outreach to families about these checkups.
