- Walk In
- Assistance to low income residents whose homes are in need of energyefficiency improvements.
- Small grants (no strings attached) are available to complete these improvements.
- Persons apply by calling 218-999-0826
- Households with very high fuel consumption with a senior(60), disability or children in the household are given priority.
