Application and Social Security card/number required for adult leader background checks.

Open: 8 am 1 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm Monday - Friday

Closed: Near Year's Day

Martin Luther King Jr. Day Presidents Day Good Friday Memorial Day Juneteenth Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving day and the day after Christmas Eve Christmas Day
