Offers financial assistance to income-eligible Xcel Energy electric customers with medically necessary equipment (oxygen equipment, various monitoring devices, refrigeration for insulin, required air conditioning, etc.) This program limits the amount customers must contribute to their electric bills and includes a past-due forgiveness component. Individuals must agree to a payment plan.
