Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention Program - Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity
A counseling program to help homeowners address the problems they are having with making monthly mortgage payments. The MFPP staff provides: - Advocacy with lenders and/or mortgage company - Applicants must be willing to work in partnership with program staff - Counseling, screening, assessments and/or referrals for advice - Financial counseling - I?dentification of options for preventing foreclosure
