Assisted living services for those who do not require a nursing home level of care but need a higher level of assistance. 24 1-bedroom studios with kitchenette and 3 double studios with kitchenette. Services include: - 2 nutritional snacks daily - 3 balanced and nutritious meals daily - Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, showering, transferring, and all other aspects of daily living needs - Assistance with glucometer checks, insulin injections, oxygen, and treatments - Assistance with transportation arrangements - Consultations with physicians and other caregivers - COVID-19 testing - Daily exercise and activities - Hospice care - Individualized personal care - Lab testing - Medication administration and monitoring - Monthly rounding physician group - On-site x-ray and ultrasound - Physician ordered specialized diet available - Podiatry - Registered nursing services available - Respite and rehabilitation care with whirlpool tub - Short-term care
