Services include: 2 nutritional snacks daily 3 balanced and nutritious meals daily Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, showering, transferring, and all other aspects of daily living needs Assistance with glucometer checks, insulin injections, oxygen, and treatments Assistance with transportation arrangements Consultations with physicians and other caregivers COVID-19 testing Daily exercise and activities Hospice care Individualized personal care Lab testing Medication administration and monitoring Monthly rounding physician group On-site x-ray and ultrasound Physician ordered specialized diet available Podiatry Registered nursing services available Respite and rehabilitation care with whirlpool tub Short-term care
