Children's Health Services include:
  • Vision and hearing screening
  • Scoliosis screening
  • Immunizations
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Counseling
  • Information and referral for students and staff
  • Can be paid for privately, on a sliding fee scale according to income and number of dependents, or by medical assistance The screening assesses the child's: - Physical growth - Mental growth - Developmental growth - Emotional growth - Can identify problems before they become serious and do lasting harm Also includes: - Nutritional assessment - Dental inspection - Laboratory tests - Head to toe physical examination Immunizations(at the Community Health Office): - 1 pm - 5:30 pm 2nd Tuesday of each month
  • 9 am - 3 pm 2nd Wednesday of each month
  • Bring immunization records H1N1 Criteria: - 6 months - 24 years old (healthy or not)
  • 25 - 64 years old with chronic health issues
  • Caregivers of children under 6 months
  • All health care workers
  • Pregnant women
  • Cost is $25 for Seasonal Flu, Call for more information
