Located at the Chisago Lakes Joint Wastewater Treatment Site on County Road 24, 31501 Lofton Avenue North. Open 2 pm - 7 pm Wednesday; 9 am - 4 pm Saturday; 1 pm - 4 pm Sunday. Residents can compost leaves, grass clippings and brush (up to three inches in diameter). Individuals wishing to drop off raw compost will be asked for identification (driver's license, sewer, and water bill and/or tax statement) showing their address.
