Description

Non-clinical 24-52 week peer community-based rehab program: - Assists with transition to community support groups - Facilitates education and meetings on an outpatient basis. Group meetings occur three times a week and one-on-one meetings with a counselor occur weekly. - 12-step recovery programs - Reconnection with family and friends Offers transportation through a volunteer network for those unable to drive within a 15 mile radius of the agency.
