Community Living Specialists meet with clients one-on-one in their homes to provide the training and support they need to live as independently as possible. This service can be customized to meet individual needs and may include: - Employment search and job skills training - Finance/budget management - Housing search - Independent living skills - Meal preparation - Needs assessment and planning - Regular telephone check ins - Socialization training
