Provides programs for adults age 50+ and all adults with a disability, including: Arts and Crafts: Crafts and quilting group, leatherworking classes, needleworkers group, rock shop (Lapidary) (cut and polish rocks and gemstones), wood shop Cards: Club 500, Social Bridge, Euchre, Hand and Foot Canasta, Hearts, Pinochle - offering tournaments and lessons Education: AARP Smart Driver Program, Byte Syte Advanced Computer User Group (ACUG), Coffee Talks informal sessions on a variety of topics; Library, Open Computer Lab answering technology questions, Writers Club Leadership: 50+ Leaders for individuals interested in planning, developing and implementing the 50+ Program Mind and Body: Chair Yoga, Dakim BrainFitness System is a computerized program to maintain brain fitness, Gentle Mat Yoga, Low Impact Exercise Class, Walking Club group Music Groups: The Bloomingtones mixed choral group, Classic Country Music Jam musicians, Creekside Crickets band Recreation: Bocce Babes women's social group, Bocce Ball league, Born Again Jocks men's sports league, Bowling league, Garden Club, Golf co-ed league, Informal Games and Equipment available in the library and sport equipment to check out and use at Creekside Community Center, Nintendo Wii League, Pool (Billards)

- 8 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday; 8 am - 1 pm Friday; closed Saturday and Sunday - Program hours vary including evenings and weekends; facility rental hours 24 hours/7 days a week as available

Application process

- Call; walk in; email - Interested individuals are encouraged to attend one of the Get Acquainted with Creekside information sessions held on the second Thursday of each month from 9:30 am - 10:30 am - Completion of a registration/emergency card is required for participation in all programs

Fees vary by program/service; some programs have sliding scale fee; call for more information
