- Provides social connection between older adults and trained volunteers through friendly phone conversations by sharing experiences - Volunteers are all across the United States from a variety of backgrounds. Volunteers connect with isolated and homebound seniors on a regular basis to establish new friendships, provide telephone support, and offer safety and wellness checks to access community resources where they are needed. - Does not provide immediate telephone support
