Rapid Re-Housing - RRH - Link, The

Offers 43 units of time-limited supportive housing at scattered-site locations throughout the Twin Cities. The program serves homeless singles or families and is designed to increase self-sufficiency and decrease the risk of future homelessness. Provides comprehensive case management services including educational and employment support, independent living skills instruction, and access to additional support services on site and through referral.
