- Must maintain monthly contact with assigned job counselor

I-9 documentation (can be state ID and Social Security card or other documentation approved to show identity and eligibility to work in the US)
selective service verification for males born after 1960
DD-214 (veterans, if applicable)
may also need: documentation of previous schooling (unofficial transcript)
