Provides employment services including the following: - Career Services: Participants receive one-on-one support from a Career Specialist to develop an employment plan, address barriers like transportation or childcare, and build job readiness skills such as resume writing, interviewing, and job searching. Support continues after employment to help ensure job retention. - Career Exploration: Career Specialists help participants identify strengths and match them to suitable career paths. Participants learn about job opportunities, career advancement, wages, and education requirements, with exposure to local industries like hospitality, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and transportation through employer visits and worksite tours.
