Youth Transition Services - Metropolitan Center for Independent Living
Works with students ages 16 - 21 preparing for life after high school. Assists in setting and meeting independent living goals. Whether the next step is a job, post-secondary education, or a self-chosen goal, staff members guide an individual's transition to an empowered adult life.
