County Attorney - Houston County Attorney

The County Attorney serves as the chief prosecutor for Houston County as well as providing attorney services for the County Board of Commissioners and the various county governmental offices. This office also provides assistance for victims of crimes including: information about criminal and civil court procedures; ongoing support for crime victims involved in the criminal justice system; assistance in filing restitution and reparations claims; assistance with Victim Impact Statements; and assistance with return of property taken as evidence.
