Direct Access allows individuals to go directly to a provider they choose to receive a comprehensive assessment and access care immediately. Services include:

Assessing individuals who need help paying for a substance use assessment or treatment services through the Behavioral Health Fund

Pre-petition screening for civil commitment

Referrals to local community service providers for a substance use assessment or treatment services. Individuals may go to any provider of their choosing for the assessment and/or treatment.
