Al-Shifa Clinic - Islamic Center of Minnesota

A free community care clinic providing medical care services to individuals who are uninsured or underinsured in Minnesota. Offers a culturally competent environment with dignity and respect, regardless of race, faith, or financial circumstances. Services provided:

- Basic diagnostics and health screenings for blood pressure, diabetes, and more

- Chronic disease management

- Minor illness/injury treatment

- Preventative care

- Psychiatric care clinic offering evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions. Treatment may include non-narcotic medication management, therapy, crisis counseling, and psychoeducation. Sessions can be in-person or telemental health.
