Adult Mental Health Services - Cedar House

Eligibility
Adults age 18 and older who experience depression, anxiety, anger, grief, or other mental health concerns that interfere with daily functioning. Individuals must:
  • Complete or have a current Diagnostic Assessment
  • Have a Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) diagnosis to qualify for ARMHS services
  • Have Medical Assistance (Medicaid), Medicare, or other health insurance
  • Residents in Carver, Freeborn, Mower, Rice, Scott, or Steele counties
Required documents
Diagnostic Assessment or documentation of a Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) diagnosis (for ARMHS eligibility) health insurance card (Medical Assistance (MA)/Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance) photo identification
Hours
8 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday 8 am - 12 noon Friday
