- Focus is on African-American men ages 18 - 30 who do not have arson or criminal sexual conduct convictions as an adult. Will serve people of all races.
- Residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties

- Open Weekday Evenings After 5 pm
Trained coaches, who have overcome similar barriers, work with participants to learn to be successful individuals, fathers, employees and citizens through:
- GED completion
- Job skills preparation and job search instruction
- Stable housing assistance
- Life and empowerment skills instruction such as getting a drivers license, paying child support, money management, parent education
- Development of individual life plan
- Mentoring newer participants
- Remaining drug free with no recent criminal offenses
- Up to 3 months of continuing relationship after graduation to assure a positive transition
