Provides help to at-risk families to avoid future incidents of child maltreatment and to enhance child and family well-being, including: - Comprehensive assessments, early intervention, outreach, and supportive and therapeutic services? - Connect families with county and community-based services ?- Limited financial assistance for families to meet basic needs
