Description
A Brush With Kindness helps low to moderate-income homeowners by offering exterior home improvements. Under the expertise of construction staff, volunteers are utilized to make the necessary repairs to the home. The program is designed to assist homeowners who would not otherwise be able to make repairs, focusing primarily on neighborhood revitalization through exterior repairs such as painting, roofing, windows, porches, wheel-chair ramps and landscaping. Labor is offered at no cost to homeowners; materials are paid for by the home-owner through a good-faith loan agreement.
