Parent Support Outreach Program - Ramsey County Social Services
A voluntary family support program available in all 87 Minnesota counties. Once enrolled in the Parent Support Outreach Program help is provided to at-risk families to avoid future incidents of child maltreatment and to enhance child and family well-being, including: - Comprehensive assessments, early intervention, outreach, and supportive and therapeutic services - Connect families with county and community-based services - Limited financial assistance for families to meet basic needs

- Residents of Ramsey County who are pregnant or have a child 17 years old or younger - Families currently active with Child Protection Services do not qualify
