Historical Education - Forest History Center

The Forest History Center is located on a 171.5 acre site endowed with forests, grasslands, and wetlands that are abundant with wildlife. The center endeavors to tell the story of how people have and do use and manage the forests on northern Minnesota, while also serving as a unique environmental learning center. More then 5 miles of trails are available for hiking and biking

Free for children uner age 6 and MHS members - Different fees may apply for special events - Offers Minnesota Historical Society Membership $75.00 for 1 year(Free admission and 10% off in gift shop) - Other membership categories and costs available - $5 discount for seniors and active K-12 teachers
