Intensive Outpatient Programs are designed to offer professional and peer support for clients and their families in a group setting. IOP groups meet three days each week. Groups last an average of 6-8 weeks and can last up to 12 weeks.
Themes for Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program include identifying emotions, communication, family relationships, anger, mindfulness, healthy boundaries, coping with stress, self-esteem, gratitude, depression, anxiety, and self-care.
New IOPs are available for Child IOP (ages 7-12), Adolescent IOP (ages 13-17), and Young Adult IOP (ages 18 and above).
