Primarily serves Clearwater County Families with children and pregnant women who may lose shelter or have a utility shut off.

8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
Application process
Request LOS by mail, phone, or in person. LOS Application forms are available at county human service offices.

LOS is a program that helps families with children under age 21 and pregnant women who are in an emergency situation. LOS can give emergency help for 30 days in a 18-month period.
