Lower Sioux Indian Community, employees of the Lower Sioux Indian Community businesses, American Indian/Alaska Natives residing in a 10 mile radius of the community, and family of the previously mentioned.

Winter for adults: 8:30 am - 10 pm Monday - Friday

Winter for youth: 3:30 pm - 10 pm Monday - Friday
