Women, Infants and Children - WIC - Dakota County Public Health

Eligibility
  • Pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women
  • Infants and children up to age 5 who are residents of Dakota County and have a nutritional risk such as insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables, or a medical risk such as excessive weight for height
  • Must meet income guidelines
Required documents
Check WIC ID folder to determine if any of the following items are needed for benefit pickup:
  • Identification
  • Proof of address
  • Proof of income or MA/MNCare
  • Child's name for follow-up
