Eligibility
- Pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women
- Infants and children up to age 5 who are residents of Dakota County and have a nutritional risk such as insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables, or a medical risk such as excessive weight for height
- Must meet income guidelines
Required documents
Check WIC ID folder to determine if any of the following items are needed for benefit pickup:
- Identification
- Proof of address
- Proof of income or MA/MNCare
- Child's name for follow-up
