Community Clinic - Bridges Health Winona

The community clinic offers primary care, health and mental health screenings, and wellness promotion. Services include: blood pressure screening, depression screening and emotional well-being assessments, diabetes screening, foot and nail care, general assessment for substance use disorders, general physical exams, healthy exercise assessment, healthy sleep assessment, information and assistance, nutrition assessments, respiratory/asthma screening, school and sports physicals, skin cancer screening, support and socialization, and vision and hearing screening. The Get Fit For Kids program provides fun educational activities for kids to engage in healthy diets and physical activity.
