Serves one and two-parent families of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties with barriers to housing stability including: - Chronic or long-term homelessness - Diagnosed physical/mental disability, and/or chronic illnesses such as HIV/AIDS

Application process

For families in Ramsey County, prescreening for Ramsey County Coordinated Access is available 24 hours/day through United Way 2-1-1 by dialing 2-1-1 or (651)291-0211. Residents outside of Ramsey County apply directly by calling the YWCA intake line; Referrals through CAHS receive priority.
