For families in Ramsey County, prescreening for Ramsey County Coordinated Access is available 24 hours/day through United Way 2-1-1 by dialing 2-1-1 or (651)291-0211. Residents outside of Ramsey County apply directly by calling the YWCA intake line; Referrals through CAHS receive priority.
