Description

Promotes the health and well-being of pregnant individuals, infants, children, and families through education, prevention, and supportive services. Services include: - Car seat education and assistance, including information on proper installation and child passenger safety - Child health screenings and developmental guidance for infants and young children - Health education on nutrition, child safety, and healthy development - Family home visiting and parent education to support healthy child development - Prenatal and postpartum education and support for pregnant individuals and families - Referrals and coordination with medical providers and community resources
