Residents of Scott County can get library cards, all other programs and services are open to the public
Services within the library do not require a library card. To obtain a card, an individual needs picture ID and proof of their current address (current driver's license or old driver's license and utility bill). Children under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent with identification to get a library card.

Most services are free unless materials are lost or damaged. Printing or copying costs $.10 per page for black and white copies, and $.50 for color copies or prints.
