Residents of Scott County can get library cards, all other programs and services are open to the public
Services within the library do not require a library card. To obtain a card, an individual needs picture ID and proof of their current address (current driver's license or old driver's license and utility bill). Children under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent with identification to get a library card.

Most services are free unless materials are lost or damaged. Printing or copying costs $.10 per page for black and white copies, and $.50 for color copies or prints.

Provides books, eBooks, eAudiobooks, magazines, music CDs, DVDs, audiobooks on CD, access to computers, children's play stations, Internet access, online reference databases, children's story times, law library, Spanish language materials, summer reading program for children, as well as book clubs and computer classes for adults.
