-Reach in Motion: Open to all individuals over 18 years of age who are living with a disability or mental health condition and have a county waiver - Trail by Reach: Individuals 18 years and older who are living with a developmental disability and are residents of Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina, Golden Valley, Saint Louis Park, and Richfield

Description

Offers a variety of safe, accessible, and reliable transportation for individuals living with disabilities who live in Minnesota. Transportation programs include: - Reach in Motion: Enables individuals to use county waiver or county funds to cover Lyft rides through a Lyft Pass arranged by Reach's Transportation Manager. Lyft rides do not have geographic limitations and out-of-pocket costs. - Trail by Reach: Provides transportation for adults with developmental disabilities living in Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina, Golden Valley, Saint Louis Park, and Richfield. Transportation rides are for recreation, leisure, and educational programs, if a program is hosted in one of the designated cities.
