Offers a variety of classes to people living with all stages of Arthritis, classes include:
  • Aquatic: Combines the buoyancy of water and the warmth of a heated pool. Gentle movements to increase joint flexibility, for muscle strength.
  • Exercise: Land based designed for people with arthritis or related conditions.
  • Tai Chi: Features steps and range of motion exercises, designed to improve pain, stiffness, flexibility and muscle strength for those with mild or moderate arthritis.
  • Walk With Ease: Helps keep muscles strong and joints stable.
Classes are held at various locations throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
