Eligibility
Open to all homeless single adult men; allows service and/or emotional support animals; individuals with a service and/or emotional support animal will be required to sign a Service Animal Acknowledgment document
Required documents
Temporary IDs may be issued on a case-by-case basis
shelter will provide assistance in obtaining a valid ID. Acceptable forms of identification include: Tribal ID
state ID or driver's license (any state or expired is acceptable)
passport or passport card (expired is acceptable)
military ID
US permanent resident card
school ID with photo and name
mug shot (with photo)
any legal document that links the individual's photo with their name. Note: Paper copies of any of these forms of ID are acceptable, as long as the photo is clear enough to verify identity.
