Eligibility
Screening for breast and cervical cancer is available for women who are 40 years old and over; or under 40 for those who have had prior abnormal exams. Must meet low-income requirements. Serves Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties.

  • Obstetrics: 8 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Saturday

Program Fees

Provides gynecology problem visits, birth control counseling and prescriptions, prenatal and postpartum care, and midwifery services. Breast and cervical cancer education, screening, and outreach through the SAGE Program. Services include health education, outreach, and case management related to breast and cervical cancer focused on reaching low-income women in the Latino community. Office visits, mammography, pap screenings, colposcopy, and other clinical services are offered.
