Employment Support: Provides ongoing services and support that helps individuals be successful in community employment. Support services may include group or individual coaching for job success. May include: - Adaptive accommodations - Advocacy - Job counseling - Modified work tasks - Negotiation and liaison communication with the employer - Transportation
