Program allows each person to gain an understanding of working in the community, careers or jobs are included in the exploration Employment Exploration: Helps each person to make informed decisions about competitive employment. Program may include: - Exploration of occupations - Job clubs - Job shadowing - Work experiences Employment Development: Supports jobseekers in finding a desired career or job using tools such as customized employment, may include:? - Business contacts - Interviewing skills - Resume development ? Employment Support: Provides ongoing services and support that helps individuals be successful in community employment. Support services may include group or individual coaching for job success. May include: - Adaptive accommodations - Advocacy - Job counseling - Modified work tasks - Negotiation and liaison communication with the employer - Transportation
