Rapid Response for Vulnerable Adults and Children - Project Lifesaver International

Provides rapid response to locate and safely recover adults and children who wander due to Alzheimer’s, autism, Down syndrome, dementia, and other cognitive disorders.

Participants wear a special wrist bracelet equipped with a small transmitter that emits a unique radio signal every second.

When an enrollee wanders, the caregiver notifies local law enforcement, and trained and certified tracking personnel initiate a search using specialized equipment to pick up the individual’s personalized signal.
