Reverse Mortgage Counseling - Washington County Community Development Agency

Provides services by phone and in person to homeowners who are interested in or have questions about their housing situation, creating a plan, or alternative options.

Offers reverse mortgage counseling services by a HUD-certified Home Equity Conversion Mortgage counselor. Helps homeowners understand what reverse mortgages are, how they work, what they cost, and helps explore other options available to the homeowner. A HUD counselor is required before a formal application with a lender.
