Provides primary care medical services including: - Chronic disease management including diabetes and smoking - Elder care - Immunizations - Medication management - Sexually transmitted disease screenings and treatment - Teen health screenings - Urgent care Provides women's health care services including: - Colposcopies - Family planning, IUDs, and implants - Menopause support - OB ultrasound - Pap smear and mammogram - Prenatal care and childbirth education Provides men's health care services including: - Male reproductive health - Mental and behavioral health referrals - Prostate health Provides pediatric health care services including: - Hearing and vision screening - Sports physicals - Well child exams and immunizations
