Employment Services - MSS

Offers employment services for adults and students, services include: - Exploring Employment: Helps individuals explore job interests, develop skills, and learn about different careers through job shadowing, informational interviews, and short-term job tryouts. Includes resume building, interview prep, and job search support. - Finding a Job: Offers personalized help with job placement, applications, resume writing, and interview coaching. Also includes training for self-employment or microbusiness development. - Maintaining Employment: Provides job coaching, workplace support, and advocacy to help individuals stay employed and grow in their careers. Assistance with transportation and accommodations is available. - Services for Students/Young Adults (Pre-ETS): Supports high school and transition-age students with career exploration, college prep, work experience, workplace readiness, and self-advocacy training.
