Assists elders in adjusting to a new culture through culturally sensitive recreational, therapeutic, and social activities such as: - Translation - Group discussion - Storytelling - Arts, crafts, and music - Supervised, structured exercise - Case management - Transportation arrangements - Health education, diabetes classes, and nutritional classes - Nutritionally balanced and culturally appropriate morning and noon meals, and afternoon snacks - Chronic disease management assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
