Eligibility

Adults age 18 and over who are residents of Stevens County must meet all the following criteria: - Pass a criminal background check for all household members who are age 13 years and over - Provide three positive references - Reside in a home or rental that complies with the fire safety code and has bedrooms that meet minimum square footage requirements
