Eligibility
Primarily serves Itasca, Aitkin, Hubbard, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine Counties. Seniors citizens 55 and older with low, fixed incomes and no alternate source of help. Disabled persons with limited incomes. Persons with unexpected emergency within the last 12 months and cannot pay energy costs. Persons who meet income guidelines and have exhausted all other possible funds.
