Services include: - Job creation through loans and grants - Loans to businesses and entrepreneurs in the region - Support community organizations, schools, hospitals, city and county government through grants - Establish endowment funds to support Northwest Minnesota communities in the future - Support new businesses and expanded existing businesses - Train community leaders - A center for local philanthropy where committed citizens can make a difference for their communities and neighbors by financially responding to changing human and economic needs - Nonprofit management and organizational effectiveness training - Early Childhood initiative - Youth leadership training
