Provides several wellness programs such as:
  • Aging Mastery program
  • Arthritis Foundation exercise program
  • Chronic disease and chronic pain self-management programs for adults ages 18 and over
  • Fit and Strong Arthritis exercise classes
  • Matter of Balance: A program to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels in older adults
  • Powerful Tools for Caregivers: A self-care and educational program to provide caregivers with the tools and strategies to handle caregiving challenges
  • Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL): Exercise focused on strength, balance, flexibility, and basic aerobics
