Provides several wellness programs such as:- Aging Mastery program- Arthritis Foundation exercise program- Chronic disease and chronic pain self-management programs for adults ages 18 and over- Fit and Strong Arthritis exercise classes- Matter of Balance: A program to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels in older adults- Powerful Tools for Caregivers: A self-care and educational program to provide caregivers with the tools and strategies to handle caregiving challenges- Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL): Exercise focused on strength, balance, flexibility, and basic aerobics
